Party rentals

If you must use a rental company for items that are not provided by the venue, it’s wise to research several places within a fifty-mile radius of your venue to check on pricing and delivery fees.  Make a general list of what you need (tables, chairs, linens, stage, lighting, china, etc.) and then make sure that when you are comparing prices that the items in question are as close as possible to each other to make sure you have accurate comparisons.  Then check out the delivery fees and add those into the cost.  Then once you have selected your top two choices, contact them with your list and ask them to price out a mock order.  Make sure to ask when the inventory cut-off date is for availability of the items you wish to rent.
