Let’s Talk Turkey


If you’re cooking for a crowd this Thanksgiving, turkey is likely on the menu. If you buy a frozen bird, make sure you allow enough time for defrosting. A 20-pound turkey can take five or six days to defrost in the fridge. You can speed up the process by defrosting in cold water, but start early.
