It is hard to stay motivated to exercise. Exercise is good for you and you should try to incorporate it into your daily schedule. Maybe it is just some stretching before you sit down to work? Or maybe its cleaning house – yes, you can make that exercise by purposely building in stretching and going up and down ladders, etc. Or maybe it is a brisk walk around the block when you just need the mental break.
