So I had a past client contact me recently. They had lost a family member due to Covid and could finally start the planning process to celebrate this person’s life. Alas, while so many of our clients are now planning weddings or graduation parties, we are also seeing this segment of human life also being recognized. We discussed ideas, guest list, venue possibilities, caterers, and a special photo area. Which then got us both a bit teary-eyed as my client shared some wonderful stories about this individual. If you are in this same situation, please share your grief with those who understand. We can be a sounding board. We can share ideas of ways to do exactly this – celebrate someone’s life and what that person meant to those left to remember them.
