Nonprofit events

 

Event planning requires making hundreds of decisions about theme, agenda, venue, parking, meals, sound, video, entertainment, insurance, and so much more. That’s followed by nonstop coordination to make sure all those decisions are carried out according to the contracts. We love it all!

DiMadeline & Company has coached volunteers on producing smaller events and has masterminded major events that have required many skills from recruiting business sponsors to closing public streets to booking professional talent. Notable projects have included:

• Altadena Best Fest street fair (Altadena, CA)

• Mountain Communities Boys & Girls Club Bids4Kids (Lake Arrowhead)

• Half-Marathon & 5K run for cancer awareness (Memphis)

 

On a personal note…
Not a nonprofit? Not a problem! DiMadeline & Company has designed dozens of social gatherings for individuals and families. Recent events include a 50th wedding anniversary celebration, an alfresco dinner on July 4th, and a 70th birthday bash. We handle everything including invitations, decor, rentals, catering, party favors and more.
